Itinerary

• Day 1: After arriving in the morning, head to the Bengbu Museum to learn about the city’s history. In the afternoon, visit Longzi Lake Park to check in at the North-South Divide. In the evening, stroll along Miejiang Street or Wanda Snack Street for late-night bites.
• Day 2: Experience the local breakfast culture in the morning. Later, climb Zhanggongshan Park for a panoramic view of the city. In the afternoon, visit the Bengbu Pearl Factory to try opening pearls. In the evening, have an authentic crayfish meal before heading home.

Accommodation and Transport Tips

• Accommodation: Staying near the Wanda business district or around Longhu is recommended. There is plenty of good food nearby, attractions are close, and getting around is convenient and good value.
• Transport: Bengbu’s urban area is not large, and the non-motorized lanes are wide, so biking around in the breeze is very pleasant. For attractions, taxis and buses are generally convenient. Bus 125 goes directly to Weishiyuan.

Pitfall-Avoidance Tips

• The museum is closed on Mondays, so remember to confirm the hours before visiting. Temporary exhibition halls may charge a fee, but the free main exhibition hall is already enough to explore.
• Miejiang Street has fewer stalls open during the day, so it is better to go in the evening. For better-value local snacks, Qingchun Market or Wanda Snack Street is more recommended.
• Opening pearls is essentially an experience activity, and the venue is not large. It is not worth making a special trip just for this, but it is just right if you are passing by with children.
