Practical Travel Tips

  • Transport: Suqian has a high-speed railway station, so travelers from other cities can arrive directly by high-speed train. Shared bike stations are dense in the urban area and very convenient; for surrounding attractions, self-driving or taking a tourist shuttle is recommended.
  • Accommodation: Staying in the city center is recommended, such as near Central Department Store or Baolong Plaza. You will be close to food streets and major attractions, making it easy to get around.
  • Pitfall Avoidance: The UV rays by Luoma Lake can be strong, so be sure to use sun protection. Some popular snack shops, such as Majia Huoshao, sell out in the morning, so it is best to go early and queue.
