• Daqing Museum: The museum has a rich collection, with the real mammoth fossil skeleton as its signature treasure. Some fossils can even be touched by hand, making it especially suitable for family-friendly science education.

• Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall: The architectural design is deeply symbolic: from above it resembles the Chinese character “工” (work), while from a distance it looks like “人” (person). It is a great place to remember history and feel the spirit of the petroleum workers.

• Longfeng National Wetland Park: The largest urban wetland in China. The bridge spanning the wetlands is truly impressive, and the elevated walkway lets you observe waterbirds up close.

• Getting Around: Daqing’s attractions are spread out, especially Dorbod Grassland and Lianhuan Lake, so self-driving or hiring a car offers the best experience. Within the city, you can take taxis or buses.
