• ​​Oya History Museum​​: Once an underground quarry, it is now an exhibition space that feels like an “underground temple.” The massive rock walls and dim lighting are extremely cinematic, and it was also a filming location for *Ultraman Tiga*. The underground temperature stays low year-round, around 14–15°C, so be sure to bring a jacket when visiting.

• ​​Wakatake no Mori Wakayama Farm​​: Home to an impressive 24-hectare bamboo grove, this was a filming location for the movie *Rurouni Kenshin*. Compared with Arashiyama, it has fewer crowds and is even better for photos. The bamboo-tube matcha experience is recommended, and you can take the bamboo cup home after drinking it.

• ​​Utsunomiya Futaarayama Shrine​​: A shrine with a long history and a tranquil, sacred atmosphere. Here you can draw the shrine’s special “gyoza omikuji” fortune slip and pray for good luck.
